At the Stedelijk Museum Amsterdam, I undertook a seven-month internship contributing to the museum’s shift toward a more inclusive and socially engaged vision under the art director Rein Wolfs. As part of my research project Staff Shares: Towards a Museum of Belonging, I curated cross-departmental interviews with staff members from communication, curatorial, education, and editorial teams to explore how the museum is reframing its collection narrative moving beyond the historically dominant white Western male perspective to embrace more diverse, context-driven storytelling. The insights I gathered, later published on the research platform Stedelijk Studies, reflect my broader curatorial interest in feminist practices, institutional change, and collaborative knowledge-making.
